Why we need to do Conventional Study??

Hello everyone , This time I came up with new concept of education . This  story belongs to Malvika Joshi. She is school drop out and now going to study in Mit, heaven for all genius.
Seventeen-year-old Malvika Raj Joshi doesn’t have a class X or XII certificate but has made it to the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), thanks to her computer programming talent. Here is a story about a mother’s conviction to break stereotypes and the self belief of her teenage daughter, who showed why “merit” has more weightage than “marks”.
The Mumbai teenager has been provided scholarship by MIT as she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree after getting a seat for being a three-time medal winner (two silver and a bronze) at International Olympiad of Informatics or commonly known as Programming Olympiad. The MIT has a provision for accepting students who are medal winners at various Olympiads (Maths, Physics or Computer) and it was Malvika’s medals that ensured that she can fulfil her aspirations of pursuing research work in her favourite subject — Computer Science.
Malvika recalls those early days during an emailed interaction from Boston. “When I started unschooling, that was 4 years back, I explored many different subjects. Programming was one of them. I found programming interesting and I used to give more time to it than to other subjects, so, I started liking it at that time,” she says.
I m once again reminding u Bhart Ratan C.N.R Rao story . He is our greatest scientist and professor and important thing is that he got direct admission in class V .
Even we are celebrating the medals of Dipa and Sindu but did not help them when they needed the most and  now we try to give them everything but not on the right tym.  Actally in future when Malvika will do something big that tym we appreciate her and will say she is India’s Daughter and many things.
But the truth is that she did not get admission in India and her talent is recognized by only MIT not any IIT.
This is sad..
That’s why I m saying why we need to do conventional study.
According to me We are always look up for save side , if v want to do something then there is always no come from the other side . This is  very usual in our Indian society . If u want to do something big in ur life u have to do something different from others because if u follow them so u will reach there where they are already. U did not get something new and U will achieve that things which somebody else already done  so dont be copy cat and  Do ur work with full passion.
I still remember when I got my first job in an IT firm and everyone was giving unwanted (and unasked) advice about career planning. The most common was – “That firm is very good; never leave after joining; it’s time to settle now”. I fully agreed with the advisors that the firm was the best place to work, however how can you settle for a company, especially when you don’t know about the job role, challenges or work culture? I am not against stability and loyalty for one’s workplace , however I am against staying on when it is leading nowhere and threatens our own growth. The idea of “growth” is very intuitive; it is about personal development and the benefits that growth provides. However the main question is – “Why does growth matter?” I still don’t want the save side, I want to xplore something and for that we have to start urself.
And even in the company I did nothing . I developed nothing . I learnt nothing.
Now, if I want to do something or want to go to any new organization how will I survive??
No employee would want to change easily. It is a very exhausting process. And it doesn’t help build careers over the long run. If we always compare our self with other then don’t think about the progress because u r on other track , U r not going to b successful, u r just going to become better than ur counterparts nothing more than that u will achieve.
Either I m not talking about competitions or rejecting it fully I just want competitions with my work not collegues.  However, many employees feel that the only way they can “get ahead” is to change or to make some one down . Our mindsetup only follows the conventional things .
Malvika what achieved not everyone can but she has shown something which is right .
Go for the concept, go for real thing which u want not for the copy cat .
I do believe conformance is a burden I choose not to carry that’s me that is my PANDAGiri.
I m closing my views here and want to do something so i m going bye tc till den have fun.
