Happy New Year 2020

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020

Hi Friends, My new blog is basically for all genuine learners and it reminds you once again how can you win the battle. We have seen so much last year but we are ready for new challenges. I am going to share you top 10 habits for your new year. Before going to more details, we have to be positive about our surroundings and thinking. We are living in the Social world and yes we created this world but its just for our entertainment not for any kind of judgement because it can really manipulate the things without knowing the truth which we will definitely effect our behavior. I want you to be more clear and wise about what you speak and listen. New year just started and its also the start of this new decade. I am very positive about my work and my team. So lets focus on some high standards :
  1. First Don't think about too much for any thing, Don' t take the thing for grant. Be free yourself and get the most out of it. What ever comes, take it as a challenge and make the most of it. Everything is a opportunity to become great and its just the a matter of time.
  2. If you want to be powerful, let go of this fear of rejection. Try harder next time and be prepare for the exams and new challenges. Choose a handful of goals for the new decade and make sure you don't dilute your ambition. Always follow your dreams.
  3. Making a list of goals is not enough. You need grit to complete them and master them. Grit is nothing but perseverance and passion for long-term goals. The first step to growing your grit is to find something interesting.
  4. Always be positive about your work and achievements. We always could better but what we did that is also enjoyable.
  5. Keep away from negative people and Negative thought. If someone already left so let it go and don't thing s much . If she/he returns that is your luck but if that does not sound well so don't worry , you already knew the result what earlier happened.
  6. Set mini goals and achieve it. Even ordinary, incremental progress makes us happier and keeps us more engaged.
  7. Always work for your skills , Don't run behind money, just focus on excellence, everything will come to you. We are in the world where we don't have human values but I want you to set some goals for other. Be authenticate, Be honest.
  8. In future industry will think differently about the management degrees and diplomas awarded by B schools. You have to be very skill full.  Corporate will look towards more relevancy skill and competency based customized programs rather than degrees offered by colleges.
  9. Cutting edge specialization Indians industry is constantly complaining about unemployable management graduates because of the skill gap issue. They are looking for specialized persons/employees for the growth of organization. You need specific set of skills to reach on the top and i want you to be very specific what you want. Challenges accepted but you need to do what you want to do in your life.
  10. Don't run behinds irrelevant things. they are so much scope in every area but they need skillful employees and I want you to work towards your goal. Family and True lover can support you but they can also destroy you too. So you have to know what you are looking for in your life.
These are some points which can be helpful for all.
Thank you .
Happy 71st Republic Day.
Jai Hind Jai Bharat
